Who is an "agrichef"?: The Agrichef is a cook of proven skills and experience who exercises their trade in the farmhouse kitchen. Committed to transform farm and local produce in respect of seasonality, agricultural knowledge, provenance of ingredients and the protection of biodiversity.
The Agrichef definition already boasts countless cases of imitation but the original trademark was filed by Cia-Agricoltori Italiani. So far almost 100 have obtained the recognition of Agrichef and the number is constantly growing
