Description
The Bay of Ieranto is a rocky inlet nestled between Punta Campanella and Punta Penna. It is the jewel of the Marine Protected Area and can only be reached on foot or by canoe. With its unspoiled beauty, it stands as one of the most enchanting places in Massa Lubrense.
Our tour begins in Massa Lubrense, in the village of Nerano, where your hiking guide will meet you and accompany you on a 45-minute downhill walk to the Bay of Ieranto. Along the way, you'll be surrounded by Mediterranean plants and olive trees, while stunning panoramas and ancient Greek temple sites will make the experience unforgettable.
Upon reaching the beach, your guide will provide kayaks and introduce you to hidden inlets and pristine beaches accessible only by eco-friendly boat or kayak.
You'll spend about an hour kayaking, after which you can relax further on the beach and return to Nerano at your own pace, perhaps in time for sunset to enjoy the breathtaking views and a refreshing breeze.
We also offer a private driver at an additional cost, who can drop you off in Nerano and pick you up from Marina del Cantone, so you wonât have to walk uphill on your return.
Enjoy an authentic day in the Bay of Ieranto!
